The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and spacious, in a fantastic city location. A few things need attention: the bathroom sensor light switches off while you’re still using the room, the shower towels are very small, and some maintenance would help.

We had a comfortable fourth-floor room with lots of windows and a lovely view over the plaza. The price was excellent value, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

The check-in took over an hour and was a real headache. We had to do it over a Zoom call in the hotel lobby, where they asked for every guest’s data in front of all the other people checking in. Before that, it took half an hour just to get into the building; the number we called left us on hold for half an hour, and we were hung up on twice. The guy handling check-in was nice, but the whole process felt annoying and insecure, and wasn’t worth the hassle.

The staff were really friendly and had loads of information about the area. It’s a good central spot, though it might be noisy in peak season if you go to bed early. There’s an ice cream shop next door open until midnight, yum yum, and a fruit shop too.
