The room itself was beautiful, including the toilet and bathroom. Nicol at reception was gracious and kind, and went out of her way to sort out a misunderstanding with my booking. The problem was the air conditioning: it worked at first, but then Hotel Mgt or Staff seemed to override it, leaving only the heater on. I had to open the window for cold air, and vehicle noise came in too.

I was there for one business night and found the hotel quiet, comfortable, and very clean and tidy. The room, bed, and bathroom all had plenty of space, and the front desk staff were friendly and spoke good English. I think parking was €11 for the night. I didn't eat there, so I can't say anything about the food.

We were there from the 21 to 28 Oct 2024, and this review is long overdue. Salvador, one of the waiters, was especially kind when we both got very unwell after eating oysters. There was nothing wrong with the oysters, our bodies just didn't seem to take to them. I couldn't eat for 3 days, so he made sure I drank something called Aquias to replace minerals and such. The staff were understanding and went the extra mile. The hotel is also well placed for exploring Vigo, which is an amazing city. The rooms are spacious and well fitted out, and the restaurant and food were excellent. We're returning to Vigo again this year and will stay here again.

The location is fantastic, not far from the city centre, and the price was great. Our room was clean and the staff were great too. You can park on the street or pay to use the underground parking. Thanks for a great stay. I'd definitely recommend the hotel for a family or couple's trip.

The lobby bar is a relaxing spot, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and new. It's not far from the Camino. From reception through to the bar staff, we kept getting service that went well beyond what we expected. Salvador and his team especially stood out.
