Hotel Best Terramarina

The breakfast and dinner buffets were first class, and we’ll definitely be back. We had a great stay at Best Hotels Terramarina, and the service was a big part of it. Will greeted us late on the evening we arrived and was professional and accommodating. During the week, Victoria at reception impressed us most. She’s knowledgeable, energetic, outgoing, and has a great personality. She’s a real asset to the Best hotel brand and should be considered for a management role. Thanks again for taking such good care of us.

We booked rooms for a short break, and the quiet area and terrace access straight to the beach were big pluses. The prices were very good, and both the hotel and restaurant staff made a good impression. Our room was clean on arrival and cleaned every day. Check-in was quick: the staff handed over our room cards and showed us around. The food was fresh and good, with plenty of choice.

We were after a peaceful, quiet four-night break, and the location right by the beach was perfect. The hotel is beautifully decorated, has great facilities, and felt like very good value. Breakfast was good, with a nice range to choose from, and reception staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Dinner was the weak point. For a 4-star hotel, there wasn’t much choice, and kebabs and burgers were undercooked, even raw, on a couple of occasions. One chef in particular didn’t seem engaged. The service at dinner was poor too, with the waitresses and front-of-house team seeming eager for their shifts to end. It’s a shame, because the hotel has a lot going for it and real potential. Better food and dinner service would help it meet its 4-star rating.

We stayed in mid April, when it wasn’t busy, and got to enjoy the hotel without the crowds I imagine it gets in mid June or July. The staff were great and well trained, the hotel was very clean, and our room was perfect. The location is hard to beat: you walk straight out onto the beach, and it’s only a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, depending on traffic. We had breakfast one morning and got pizza from the restaurant one evening. The food was fine, nothing special, but the drinks menu was great. We also enjoyed live music on the beachside outdoor terrace one night. I’d happily stay here again.
