Oassium Hotel At Estival Park - Adults only

I don't understand how this hotel got four stars and so many good reviews. It deserves two. The food was the same every day and didn't taste good, and both the cutlets and fish were raw. We spent a week there, and I regret using my vacation on this hotel. Maybe someone reading this will change their mind about staying here.

The apartment we booked had two flights of stairs, which was too difficult for my elderly mother. Staff quickly found us much better accommodation and helped us move, which worked well for us. My rating is for the final accommodation, not the one we originally booked.

The apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine, though the rooms felt a bit dated. The pool area was nice and quiet, but could use a bar. Overall, a fantastic budget holiday.

The staff were lovely, kind, and helpful. I'd happily recommend the place.
