It isn’t a cheap place to stay, but I think it’s worth every euro. The staff are incredible and the service was amazing. They even have a buggy to pick you up from the car park. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the welcome drink was a lovely touch.

The dine-around option is a must, with so much variety, and the food was amazing. We loved our stay. The rooms are large, the hotel is great, and the staff are the best in the world. Express passes make a huge difference too. We usually stay on site at the el paso hotel, but this one is far superior. Thanks for such a wonderful time. We’ll definitely be back. A real plus is the concierge service, which can take you to the park since the main entrance from the hotel is quite far. The restaurant food was very good, though I’d have liked a few more vegetables at breakfast. The hotel itself is small, pleasant, and quiet, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. You can reach them anytime on WhatsApp. The rooms are fairly large with high ceilings, but the curtains are frustrating to close. In ground-floor rooms, you may find insects in the bathroom at night, so don’t leave anything on the floor.

What a place, what a team, and what a holiday. We’ll see you next year. This was our third return to Mansion De Lucy Hotel, and it didn’t disappoint. It’s just a stone’s throw from the theme park, and express passes come with the stay, though those aren’t what earned the five-star review. The credit goes to the whole staff, who were friendly and professional. Special thanks to Leticia, Javier, and Maria at reception, wonderful ambassadors and the face of the hotel, and to the hard-working restaurant team, Irene, Fabia, and Manuel, who helped make our stay so lovely, along with everyone else who works there.
