LA COVETA - Aptos. Vilapart

The conversations next door came through so clearly that I felt like I was in the same room with my neighbors. With the apartment above making such loud noise, there was no chance to rest: I could hear heavy footsteps and furniture scraping around, even close to 2 a.m. I was very disappointed by how little peace and quiet the accommodation offered. I appreciate the response, but I don't feel we've understood each other. I wasn't trying to start a conflict with my negative review. I wanted to say how deeply disappointed I was. Paying for a stay means expecting at least basic comfort and privacy, and the lack of soundproofing stopped me from resting and enjoying my time there. I know soundproofing costs money, but it makes a real difference to guest satisfaction. That's why I stand by my review.

The staff were really friendly, and the apartment was clean and perfectly adequate. The location was great too. I'd definitely stay there again.

I liked the town a lot. I'm sure I'll return someday.

The apartment had lovely mountain views from the living room, and I loved the rustic feel, especially the stone facade inside. It was all very clean and well equipped. The kitchen had a refrigerator, stovetop, washing machine, cleaning supplies, and more. It's in a VERY quiet spot beside the Town Hall and close to the Castle. There's a bar downstairs open Thursday through Sunday, plus El Rullo, a restaurant just a minute away with great menus. Esther was kind throughout, from my booking call until we left, and even found us parking in the church square. Pets are welcome without any trouble. My dog was super comfortable, and the town is great to visit with them. It works well for couples, families, and others. The one catch is there's no elevator, so you have to walk up at least one floor.
