Can Marc

We tried to have every meal on the patio, surrounded by the peaceful garden and the sounds of nearby animals. The outdoor space also has a hot tub, sofa, loungers, and a hot and cold shower, all very private. Inside, the house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfy beds and pillows. Marc and Joana were kind, welcoming, and always ready with advice about the area. From this central spot, the beaches are about a 30-40 minute drive. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The people who own the place were wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the garden is lovely. It's peaceful by day, with Manacor about a 10-minute drive away and a small, well-stocked supermarket you can walk to. At night, though, the neighbors' dogs bark and at least four roosters take turns crowing. That didn't bother us, but light sleepers might struggle. The upstairs toilet can smell awful depending on the weather. The furnishings feel dated, and the sofa and beds could do with replacing; the kitchen is okay. The pool is more of a plunge pool and isn't heated. It's a solid place, but not outstanding.

The property is fully fenced, which made it practical for our dog, and we could walk it right near the house. A forest and nature reserve starts just 200 meters away. The supermarket, bakery, and restaurants are all within walking distance, too. Marc and his family were the best hosts I've had in 25 years of vacation rentals. The house is lovely and tastefully furnished, with everything we needed. The fridge was stocked with food and drinks for the first few days, then later topped up with beer and red wine. It's also right in the middle of the island. Perfect!

The host made us feel welcome and replied quickly. Everything matched the description, and the accommodation was spotless and well located. A perfect stay in Mallorca, I'd recommend it.
