Hotel Caribe Sanxenxo

It was such a peaceful setting, and Paula was lovely, always attentive to what we needed. We were a family group of nine and spent a week there, and we were absolutely delighted. The rooms and facilities were very clean and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We’d definitely come back.

There’s parking right outside, and it’s a 10-15 minute drive to some of the area’s most beautiful beaches. You can also walk to O Grove and Sansenxo. Breakfast was good for a two-star hotel, and the service was exceptional. The place was impeccably clean and very good value.

We stayed for a week, but the room was a letdown. It was tiny, had no terrace, and looked onto a street with no view. For the service we got, it felt expensive. We waited for hours at the restaurant, where outsiders were served before hotel guests, and the staff were unfriendly. I wouldn’t go back.

The lunch was delicious, and I’d definitely recommend the place. We visited in August, when the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. The service was exceptional, everything was impeccably clean, and the women worked incredibly hard.
