Casa Rural Las Marzas

The house is set up really well for families with children and has everything you might need. Auri was one of the best hosts we’ve had, attentive to every detail even before we booked. She also helped us sort out all the travel arrangements.

The beds were really comfortable, and both the bathrooms and showers were great. There’s plenty of space in the bathrooms, and the house is stocked with all the kitchenware you might need. It’s very well equipped overall. The owner was always helpful and attentive.

We went with friends for the weekend, and the outdoor space was a big hit with the kids. The patio is huge, with grass, slides, and buggies, plus a porch to keep you dry. We visited in winter, so we didn’t use the built-in pool. There’s also a very large built-in grill, big enough for roasting a whole pig, and we made a huge paella with the cookware in the house. The rooms are all enormous and have en-suite bathrooms. There are two spacious living rooms and a well-equipped, functional kitchen with more than enough for us. Everything was carefully looked after. A special mention to Aura and Toño. Toño showed us an underground wine cellar in Aranda de Duero and another in Villanueva de Gumiel. His helpfulness and hospitality were incredible, a real gem. Aura, the owner, was lovely and made sure everything was perfect. They also shared stories about local customs and village festivals. We’ll definitely be back.

We were 16, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms were spacious, well equipped, and tastefully decorated. We loved the barbecue and porch, and the villagers were so welcoming.
