It's budget-friendly and much cheaper than hotels, which is good if you're trying to save money. But noise from snoring, late arrivals or early departures can disturb your sleep. I was also disappointed by the cleanliness: the towel they provided had visible dirt and hair on it, which was off-putting. Management should pay closer attention to hygiene for future visitors.

The mattress felt like it was almost at the end of its life, and the AC made a terrible noise all night. I couldn't sleep at all. Don't book it.

The mattress was really uncomfortable, and there were cockroaches. The sheets had pink stains on them. Staff didn't speak any English, which made communication very difficult. They didn't even say “good morning.”

The location is great, and Pedro gave us a friendly welcome and was very helpful. Our room was refreshed for the last night, which was kind. It does need some renovation, though, and three nights felt a bit long here. I'd come back, but only for one or two nights.

We stayed just one night and had no complaints. The room and en suite were clean and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly, and after we called, someone arrived to let us in within five minutes. We could also leave our luggage after checkout. The location is fantastic, less than a 14-minute walk from Sagrada Familia. Don't let some of the Google reviews put you off.
