Hotel Viñedos y Bodegas El Castillo

On July 7th, we celebrated our wedding here, and the food was spectacular, with generous portions and no waiting between courses. The team handled all the decorations and kept checking that our guests and we had everything we needed. They even had drinks ready as people arrived at the restaurant, sweets for the children, and a gluten-free cake for us to cut. We're so grateful for all the thoughtful details. Thank you to the whole team for your wonderful work, especially Javier and Miguel, whose help meant so much in making it one of the happiest days of our lives.

Booking full board was the best decision: the lunches, dinners, and desserts were delicious, especially the spectacular French toast. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and have air conditioning. The showers could be better, since the water pressure sometimes runs low and sometimes gets very strong. The TV is small and has only a few channels. Outside there are a pool, a small lake, and a lawn with pine trees. I didn't attend any evening parties, but they must be great. Miguel was so kind and attentive, and treated us really well. 100% recommended!

The set menu portions felt a bit small for the price, if I had to pick something to improve. Otherwise, the people were lovely, friendly, and helpful, and the wine and cheese I tried were delicious. We were treated so well, and the recommendations were excellent. The food was fantastic, and we bought a case of magnificent wines. We had a very good experience overall. We'll definitely return next year and try the rooms.
