The deluxe room had breathtaking views, and the breakfast was quite good. It's a cozy hotel with thoughtfully done aesthetics, free parking, and a very good terrace and other facilities. You get spectacular views over the Villaviciosa estuary, while still being just a few kilometers from town and away from the hustle and bustle. The location works well for visiting the area, and the staff were very friendly. One small drawback: the pillows were very low. I didn't ask if there were other ones available, so I don't know whether they could have been changed.

The location is picture-perfect, and we're already planning to come back. We're a group of 20-year-old girls and felt right at home. The service was unbeatable, with everyone smiling and paying attention to everything. Breakfast was incredible, and you can tell they put a lot of care into preparing it.

The mountain setting is soothing, with sweeping views and a real sense of being immersed in nature. It's a peaceful spot if that's what you're after. The welcome, though, could be warmer. The staff seemed unmotivated, and the reception lacked warmth and professionalism. There are no dining options at the hotel or nearby, so bring your own food. That can be a major drawback if you haven't planned ahead.
