The cleaning lady was really friendly, and the room looked clean at first, though up close there was a lot of dust on the furniture. The dog kit was very worn. We had to go back to reception after getting to our room because it hadn't been given to us, and we also found a kitchenette shut inside the wardrobe. Opening it meant leaving a €50 deposit, which nobody had mentioned beforehand. At checkout, it seemed they wouldn't return the deposit unless we asked, so the reception staff were very poor at explaining things. Even on the sixth floor with the windows closed, you could hear every passing car. It also wasn't quiet during the last two nights of Fallas: Vinaròs doesn't celebrate, but nearby Benicarlo does, and kids set off firecrackers late into the night.

We left after four days and spent ten nights somewhere else. Complaints here went completely unnoticed. Staff were rude, things were stolen from our room, and several male staff members tried to chat up my girlfriend. The air conditioning was poor and the bathroom smelled like rotting food. I wasn't impressed at all. Personally, I'd avoid it.

A great place to stay. Just be aware there aren't any blankets available if you need one.

The flat was great, and the dinner and breakfast buffets were lovely.
