Jorge is charming and always ready to help. The apartment is right in the centre, with plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby, yet it’s quiet enough for a restful night. It’s super comfortable, and we’re looking forward to coming back soon.

We felt right at home here and will definitely come back. The apartment was spotless, warm, and welcoming, with lovely decor and everything we needed for a few days. It’s very central and beautiful. The mattress and pillows were excellent, too. Jorge was so friendly and happy to help with anything we needed, making sure we got the most out of our stay.

Jorge was a delight. He shared places in Vitoria that he knows personally and kept our suitcases for us after we checked out, until it was time to catch our train. Always smiling, too. The apartment was spotless, with not a speck of dust. It was spacious and well organized, with a practical bathroom in perfect condition. The bed was VERY comfortable, and the new appliances, sofa, and TV made it feel like home. It was also ideal for train travel: on a quiet street between the station and the city center, with the old town easy to visit. Jorge also recommended Sukalki, just a minute away on foot. My partner and I had a spectacular vacation, and we both feel the apartment really added to it. I recommend it 100%.

Jorge is a delight: kind, attentive, always greeting you with a big smile and offering great tips for making the most of your stay. We didn’t lack a thing in the tastefully decorated apartment, and I loved both the accommodation and Vitoria. I’d definitely stay here again if I return. It’s an easy base for exploring on foot, eating out, and shopping, with several supermarkets nearby. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, and there’s a tram stop just 2 minutes away. We got around Vitoria easily, visited Salburua Park, and caught a bus to Bilbao.
