The room is small, there’s no washing machine inside, and the one outside costs money to use. You only get 2 towels per week. As for the Wi-Fi, mobile data is better. The heating keeps going until it’s 37 degrees, like in Córdoba. The Argentinian cleaner comes in without warning, and the cleaning itself wasn’t much. There was a bit of paper on the floor when I moved in, and 15 days later it was still there, folded into a little airplane. 😁

These apartments were a pleasant surprise. They’re comfortable and welcoming, with what you need for a short stay, and the price is good for what you get. Highly recommended.

The cleaning was good, which is one thing in its favor. Otherwise, this was one of the worst places: the microwave and extractor hood didn’t work, and the chairs had greasy stains. There were cigarette marks on the floor, table, and bed blanket, and the room smelled of tobacco, especially the curtains and bedding.

I can’t recommend APARTAMENTOS SAN FERMIN enough if you’re renovating your home or need somewhere to stay. The person managing the place showed us several apartments so we could make a good choice and made us feel at home. When I returned to cancel because we’d found an apartment for a longer stay, he was incredibly understanding. He was glad for us and congratulated us on finding one. Thank you for the lovely service and for having such a beautiful, clean place to stay when we need it. It was a pleasure meeting him. There are hardly any people like him these days. Thank you.

They’re really nice, and I prefer them to a hotel room because there’s a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and some cooking utensils. The bathroom doesn’t have soap, though. There are towels and a roll of toilet paper.
