The staff were friendly and spoke English. The hotel is nicely located in the center of Vitoria. The parking was quite far away. They described one option as public and free, but it was actually a university/school car park and didn't feel secure at all. If you're driving, make sure you use another secure parking spot instead.

It's right in the city center, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The building and furniture are old, but the place was clean and comfortable. No parking anywhere. Basically, you get what you pay for.

Good location, but the place was dirty and unsanitary, with a bad smell and cold nights. The furniture is old, there are no double beds or hair dryer, and the rooms need an upgrade.

We slept fine and didn't have a bad time, but the guesthouse feels like it's falling apart. In an exterior room you can hear everything through the paper thin walls, and the rooms don't look like the photos on Booking.com. If they put in more effort fixing things, this place could be a 10/10. It's super central, with a small kitchen and a Supercor supermarket across the street, which is handy when you need something. The staff were incredibly kind. They suggested places to eat in Vitoria, waited for us to arrive from the airport, and were very proactive when we mentioned a problem in our room. It's frustrating that the guesthouse doesn't match their friendliness. It's fine for a night, but it's not luxurious. Thanks for all your kindness and for letting us spend a few nights in your home.

The owner and employee were polite, which is why I'm giving two stars. Once you get to the room, though, you may regret not looking elsewhere. This guesthouse hasn't been cared for at all. The bathroom was moldy and dirty, the mirror had no bulb, and the faucet was loose. The balcony door was broken and stayed open at the top, and the bedroom door latch didn't work either. The mattresses were so worn that sitting on one made you sink down while the other end lifted up. There were bugs coming out at night, which isn't surprising given all the gaps and holes. The ceiling also sagged in the middle, as if the weight had made it give way, and it looked like it could collapse at any moment. It may be a guesthouse or hostel, but you can tell when people take care with a place. Here it feels like making as much money as possible is all that matters.
