We had to change our plans because of personal circumstances and health issues, but Blanca gave us a wonderful customer service experience. She was very helpful and personable, and went above and beyond for us. The apartment, building, and everything inside are a privilege to see, with award-winning views. We hope our health improves and we can rebook this dream place. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting a spectacular stay and visit to Zaragoza.

We booked at very short notice for one night, and the owners were fabulous. They went above and beyond for my family and me. The apartment is stunning, with views that are second to none in Zaragoza centre. Their amazing restaurant downstairs and gift shop also give apartment guests 10% off. Can’t wait to return! You can feel the love in every corner of this incredible apartment. The views of the Pilar are the best, and waking up to them feels like a dream. An unforgettable experience.

I was left stranded in Zaragoza, scrambling to find an apartment just four hours before I was due to arrive. I’d made a two-day reservation through Booking.com, but Blanca, the owner, first called to cancel because she wanted three days and had made a mistake. She called again, said she’d honor the two days, and gave me her word, so I believed her and canceled. She then asked me to pay her at the apartment to partly make up for the day she couldn’t rent because of Booking.com’s commission. I trusted her, but while I was in Zaragoza she called again and said she’d booked it for other people, saying she’d made another mistake. It was a real ordeal.

Blanca clearly loves her work, and her enthusiasm rubs off on you. The apartments are beautifully decorated with care in every detail, in a stunning setting that made for an amazing experience. We also enjoyed an unforgettable journey back in time. Such a unique place, and we’ll definitely return.
