The reception staff who gave us the keys were very unfriendly and gave poor service. They left some of our questions unanswered. We were told on arrival there was no parking, despite the website saying otherwise, and the property has none. The neighborhood was rough, and the apartment was dirty, in poor shape, with broken furniture. The TV didn't work, one fan was broken, and the microwave was dirty, among other problems. We'll never return or recommend it.

We picked these apartments through a Wonderbox because we had a small dog. Never again. We were uncomfortable from the first minute and left after grabbing a quick Glovo delivery meal. We had come from the Monasterio de Piedra, arrived in the afternoon without eating, and planned to stay just one night, but the apartment was so disgusting we couldn't stay. The neighborhood was bad, and the front door was dented and chipped around the frame and lock. The stench of filth hit us as soon as we entered. The kitchen, furniture, and utensils were old and dirty, the sofa stained, the bedspreads filthy, and the bathroom just as bad, with used toilet paper. The windows wouldn't close properly, and the sofa was unusable, hard in places and so soft elsewhere that you sank in and tipped toward the other person. After seeing everything else, I was afraid to get into bed. The Wi-Fi was very unreliable, and there's no parking. Nothing was pleasant or comfortable. I wouldn't recommend staying here even briefly, or send my worst enemy.

I paid €160 for two nights and got a so-called flat advertised with two bedrooms, but one of them turned out to be inside the kitchen. The photos in the listing were fake and misleading. Loose electrical outlets, and the boiler sat beside one of the supposed beds with no ventilation at all. The bathroom didn't have toilet paper, shower gel, or shampoo. A complete disgrace and a rip-off.

The bedding looked questionable, and we didn't shower for three days. The place was filthy, clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages, and had no COVID-19 precautions or disinfectant. The upholstered chairs were dirty, and the switches and sockets were unbelievably grimy. There were dried toothpaste drops from the previous guests in the sink, and the bathtub shelf and shower curtain seemed like a breeding ground for germs. The microwave was filthy inside and out. I could keep listing problems all day. The photos say it all. I've never seen anything like it.
