Exe Plaza Delicias

The service was excellent, and the rooms were more than adequate for the price. It’s a very good location if you’re traveling by train or bus.

I had a very nice one-night stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with even a tiny refrigerator tucked away in a wooden cabinet. The hotel is set back in a tree-filled area across the main road, Av de Navarra, so it was away from street noise. I also enjoyed looking out at the courtyard full of trees.

The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was good. The hotel is close to the train station but far from downtown, and the underground parking was okay. The room was tiny, with no room to open a suitcase, and there was no kettle. The minibar had 2 beers, 2 milks, and 2 Cokes. There’s no bar, and it wasn’t possible to get anything to eat in the evening.

Breakfast was another plus, and the waiters were very attentive and helpful. Recommended 100%. I’m not giving this hotel five stars because there aren’t many restaurants or markets nearby. The rest is well covered: the price is low, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is good, and there’s hot water. It’s near the train station, and you can take bus 603, among others, from close by to reach the city center in 20 minutes for just 1.50 euros. No taxi needed.
