The check-in service was excellent, and the location couldn't be better. The bedroom was small, though, with no desk or coffee-making facilities. Soundproofing could also be improved.

The beds were super comfortable, the staff were wonderful, and the place is right in the centre. Eneida y Bryan made my stay especially comfortable, and Silvia is a lovely hostess. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to explore Zaragoza and stay centrally.

The location is amazing, and the room was very clean and comfortable enough, but it was much smaller than the description suggested. The A/C made a strange noise all night. I also wish the service were better and that they'd be more honest about room sizes. They made me give them 5 stars and wouldn't let me leave without writing a review in front of them. I found that so rude! 😵💫

The room was on the small side, but it was clean enough and the location puts you right in the heart of the city. The staff were kind and attentive. One receptionist even helped me get a taxi in difficult weather, which was particularly thoughtful. My stay was generally positive.

The location is amazing, and it was real value for money. My room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great. I had everything I needed for my one-night stay.
