The room was so dirty it made the massage uncomfortable. The sheet was very old, and from the bed I could see used tissues and a lot of dirt on the ceiling/roof area. The massage itself wasn't satisfying either, and it lasted only about 40 minutes even though I'd paid for 60 minutes. Afterward I told reception. They apologized and called the manager, who I believe was named Sol, but he didn't speak to me. Staff tried to get his attention two or three times, and he ignored me as if it had nothing to do with him. This wasn't my first disappointment with their service, but it'll be my last. Poor hygiene, a shortened session, and unprofessional management are unacceptable.

The food was terrible and left me sick for few days. The steam and sauna felt symbolic, since you couldn't control the temperature and it got so hot I couldn't stay inside for even two minutes. The room had problems too: an unbearable bathroom smell spread into the bedroom, the TV didn't work, and the wall light only worked partly. Most of the power sockets were damaged, with exposed wires, which felt unsafe. The hotel was unsafe and unhealthy. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone.

For our wedding day groom and groomsmen retreat, we had a wonderful time at Bellevue Hotel and Spa. The spa's atmosphere and view are unlike any other, and the staff were professional and attentive. We enjoyed the deeply relaxing Swedish massage, plus complimentary juice and refreshments. The Moroccan bath was something special, with herbs and ingredients that left us feeling refreshed. Highly recommended for a special experience.

The service at our bridal shower celebration was so, so amazing. We loved all the staff, especially Yene, Samrawit, Martha, and the whole crew. Thanks for everything.

Samrawit gave me the warmest welcome, and I really appreciated her kindness. Thanks to her and the whole team at bellavoue restaurants. It was my first visit to Bellavoe restaurant, and I loved it: amazing food, great service, and a lovely vibe. Everything was on point, 10/10 would recommend!
