The apartment was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space, two bathrooms, and a usable kitchen. Breakfast came quickly and there was always lots of fresh bread. The menu is limited, but enough to get by, and the staff were attentive and very friendly. WiFi was a bit weak and didn't reach all of our room. The location is the main drawback. There's very little within walking distance, the traffic is dangerous, the sidewalks and road shoulders are torn up, and local friends warned us about pickpockets and other thieves. For the money, I think the Yilma or the Ethiopia Guest House may be a little better, though I haven't been to either in a long time. And if you want to see the real Addis Ababa, don't stay at the Sheraton or Hilton.

A nice spot for families looking to relax, and the price was very reasonable. The staff were friendly, and the apartment felt like one of those you'd find in the US. It's 3.2 miles from both the airport and the city center.

The staff were very good, and the room was always clean, as was the case for most of my clients who stayed there. It's a long way from the city center, though, and there's not much to see on foot. You can find cheaper private Ladas nearby to get to the city center or museums, and taxi rides are generally a matter of bargaining.

The staff and manager were polite, professional, and great. It's very clean and spacious, a real home away from home for a family. I'll definitely bring my family back.
