For anyone watching their budget in Addis, this is a good little place. It’s on the third floor, with only a few rooms, but the people there make it feel welcoming. There’s a kitchen with a stove, fridge, and microwave, and the rooms lock individually. Security is around all day and night, and they clean daily. The neighborhood is nice too. It’s not the Hilton, of course, but the rates are good.

Clean and nice, though the bathroom is shared. The WiFi is only mediocre, which seems normal in Ethiopia. Power cuts happen a lot in Addis Ababa, so that’s not really the place’s fault.

COT is very clean and in a great spot, close to the airport and easy to reach by transport. I really enjoyed staying here, especially with Ahadu managing the place. He’s an absolute legend. A simple, comfortable stay, and I’d happily choose COT again.
