The hotel looks fine, and the rooms seemed good. It’s also in a good spot for seeing the old part of the city or markto. But after a long wait when I tried to get a room, they wouldn’t give me one. That by itself wasn’t a big deal, so I got a taxi and went to another hotel. What bothered me was how they responded to the problem, as though it didn’t matter to them.

The hotel is neat, but the hospitality was so poor I started wondering whether they thought I was asking to stay without paying. I may return someday to see if this review leads to better behavior, and I’ll change my rating if it does. Thanks.

Hot water was 100% good. The washrooms get 0%, and service gets 2%.

They include free breakfast, and the nightly price seemed fair. The service was good too, and I had a nice stay. The only snag was that dinner wasn’t available after 8:00 at night, and I don’t know why, so you have to order before it gets late.

We stayed here for a conference. The room and public areas were clean and tidy, and we didn’t eat at the hotel, so I can’t say anything about the restaurant or breakfast. We left early each morning and returned late. The hotel was in a busy area, but its business services weren’t great, so we usually went to a large international hotel for internet and photocopying.
