Trinity Hotel

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. It's a comfortable, convenient place in a central spot with plenty of cafés and restaurants around.

The reception workers have always been friendly, helpful, and professional, one of the few good parts of my stays. I've been here multiple times, and the location is convenient, but the experience overall has been consistently disappointing. Room prices jump around unpredictably, almost like the stock market. I've found cockroaches in the rooms, and the shower and sink often flood. The manager, Tseday, is rude and unprofessional, treating guests as if they owe her money and creating a hostile atmosphere. The good location can't make up for the poor management and lack of upkeep. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless they make significant improvements.

The breakfast was good, and the room was clean. Everything was excellent from the front desk onward. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone.

The reception staff were pleasant and courteous, and the location is excellent, near restaurants and cafés. But the hotel is very old and the room upkeep is poor. The foyer lights weren't working, and there was mold and staining around the shower and toilet tiles. The toilet also wobbled. There's no air conditioning, which could make a stay less comfortable during hot weather.
