I’ve been a customer here for a long time, but the service I got on March 5,26 was awful. They didn’t respond well to my request for two extra towels, and it seems they’re short on towels. The hotel’s rules also aren’t clear. I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

I opened the door and saw a cockroach running across the desk. The hotel facilities are all very old, and I was so disappointed with the awful place Ethiopian airline provided for its customer. Music from nearby kept me from falling asleep, and construction noise outside went on all night.

I loved staying at this good hotel and can’t wait to visit again. The location is perfect, near the airport and on one of Addis Ababa’s important streets. I ate all my meals and drank there because the food was spectacular. The staff were great and helpful, and manager Saifu was especially supportive.

The room was super clean and the beds were comfortable. Mr Saiful, the front desk team, and the breakfast staff were all very welcoming. There are restaurants and a mall nearby, and Airport road is within walking distance.

There’s a big difference between what you pay and the service you get. The service feels like that of a poor hotel, from the room and breakfast to the toilet and other things.
