The rooms were reasonably comfortable and the location was convenient. Cleanliness was okay, though some parts need maintenance. Staff were polite, but the service was average and responses could be quicker. A decent enough stay, just not anything special.

We had a layover on the way to Ghana after our tickets were sold, and they arranged for us to stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean, and meals were served buffet style. It's in the shopping district, so enjoy that. Traffic in Ethiopia is wild 😆. Hotel staff, yall are cool. Thanks for taking us in.

Demo Hotel made for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. It's close to the city's key places, and the staff were polite, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good range of food. The food was excellent overall, too! 🏨🍳🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was glad to see the restaurant manager give personal attention this time and prepare things the way we wanted. I stayed at this hotel again on 21st Feb 2026, and found the same friendly staff, good hospitality, a variety of restaurant food, and a neat, hygienic hotel in a good location. An excellent place to stay.

The room smelled like a kitchen, maybe because there's ventilation coming from the kitchen. The bedsheet smelled of someone else's perfume. I'd call it a minus two-star motel.
