Breakfast was okay, and the dining area was neat. That was about the only bright spot. The rooms were just average, the bathtub didn’t work right, and the Wi-Fi was so slow it was hard to work or even browse normally. There was also a strong bad smell in the corridor and inside the elevator, which made the stay uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I usually stay overnight in Addis as an Ethiopian Airlines transit passenger, and I’ve learned to bring snacks because hotels often fall short on food. This time was a new low. Travelers, especially those in transit, don’t need an impressive lobby or big room. We just need decent food and a clean room, bathroom, and bed. The room itself was fairly clean, and the bed was comfortable and clean. But the supper buffet was almost empty when I arrived, with only roast potatoes that had been cooked hours earlier and a few bread rolls. Breakfast wasn’t much better.

I was staying on an Ethiopian Airlines voucher. The room was awful, dirty, and smelled bad. The AC didn’t work, so it was very cold at night. The management was catastrophic. Close this hotel!

The facilities need improvement, and the team needs more bilingual staff to handle international customers.
