Impress Hotel

Watching planes land and take off from the hotel was a fun bonus, especially for aviation enthusiasts. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the place felt modern, organized, and thoughtfully run. The airport shuttle made arrival and departure easy after long flights. Check-in through check-out was welcoming and smooth. Selam, the manager, Betty, and the whole team deserve thanks. Everyone we met, from housekeeping and security to the shuttle drivers, was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. One thing to check ahead: the hotel may restrict outside food. If you need to bring food for children or special dietary needs, confirm the policy in advance. The staff accommodated us after we clarified. We had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Addis Ababa Airport and would happily return. It offers comfort, convenience, and genuine Ethiopian hospitality.

As a diamond member, I felt recognized and appreciated in several ways, including an upgrade. Breakfast was good, and Betelhem and Rediet gave great service. I stayed to work for an hour afterward, and their service continued to be wonderful. Emebt prepared the food wonderfully, especially a very nice eggplant dish. A lovely experience!

Ms. Manfasawit took attentive care of us and was consistently supportive throughout our memorable visit. As a Muslim, though, I was concerned by the lack of hygiene and sanitation facilities for private needs in the restroom, including colgates facilities. I hope the hotel will consider the diverse needs and religious practices of its guests.

Several staff members made my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Addis Ababa especially pleasant. Selam, the front-desk supervisor, was friendly and helped with everything we needed as tourists, including showing us how to get ESIM. Menfesawit, the restaurant supervisor, was attentive, professional, and welcoming. Bethlehem greeted us warmly as hostess, and Edlawit was a kind, patient, attentive waitress. Chef Alemtsehie also deserves thanks for the enjoyable, well-prepared food. The team's hospitality made the experience welcoming and memorable. I highly recommend the hotel and look forward to coming back.
