Marriott Executive Apartments Addis Ababa Birhanu, the manager, deserves a special mention. He personally helped me and went well beyond what I expected. His care and professionalism made a real difference to my stay and say a lot about the hotel’s leadership. I also had one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The masseuse was incredibly skilled, with great technique and attention to detail, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warmth was obvious. Everyone I met was gracious, attentive, and made me feel valued as a guest. The hotel brings comfort and luxury together with that kind of heartfelt service. I spent a whole month at Marriott Executive Apartments in Addis Ababa, and it was the best hotel stay I’ve had anywhere in Ethiopia. The apartment was spotless, stocked with care, and felt more like home than a temporary place to stay. The service is what made it special. Makennon from room service could make even a simple order feel special. Aster in housekeeping was so kind and attentive to the details, and Samson at the concierge seemed to know what I needed before I asked. There are plenty more people I should mention, too. It’s rare to feel so consistently looked after while traveling, and this hotel really deserves to be talked about.

I have a small suggestion: I’d love faster Internet/Wi-Fi and better TV connectivity, especially for pairing with all mobile brands. I use Apple and felt a bit limited at times. Improving that would make an already great stay even better for guests with any device. I stayed more than a month and felt like I was in a second home. Gashaw, Addis, Salem, and everyone I met treated me like family. They made sure I was comfortable, safe, and happy from the first day to the last, and the duty managers checked in with genuine warmth when I left for work and came back after long days. This year they remembered me from my last visit, and that welcome touched me deeply. The care went beyond simply meeting my needs, often anticipating them. My memories of Room 1010 will stay with me. Leaving a place that feels like home is hard, and I’m grateful to my Marriott family for the comfort, belonging, warmth, and unforgettable moments.
