I was able to leave my suitcase at the hotel on checkout day while I went sightseeing, which was really helpful. I also appreciated how accommodating everyone was: they booked a taxi for me twice and called a beauty spa twice to make appointments. For breakfast, I showed them a picture of the traditional Ethiopian meal I wanted, and they happily made it. I was traveling solo, I’m American, and I only speak English. The staff were friendly, patient, and helpful. The location made it easy to walk places or get a taxi, and my room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. On my first night, after traveling with almost all the clothes in my small suitcase dirty, I asked if they could wash them. Several staff members helped, and I got everything back the next morning. I was so grateful. I stayed two nights, separated by a few days, and enjoyed my time there. Thank you to all the staff!

We were able to leave our bike boxes there for two weeks. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was calm, and the staff were very helpful. It’s close to the airport. Highly recommended.

It was all right, and overall not bad. But the generator doesn’t work, which makes it hard to work, and the staff felt a bit cold. Service could be better.

The way they treated us was extremely bad, and there was no understanding. The workers, the generator, and the cleaning staff were also a disturbance.

The staff were good at listening and understanding what we needed during our stay. Breakfast was the same each day, though, with no other options. The power went out a couple of times, ironing clothes costs extra, and they didn’t have a wine opener. One of the main owners, the tall one with glasses, gave excellent customer service. If you read this, I appreciated your warm welcome and friendly face. The other lady could use some help improving hers. Thank you.
