Cot Hotel

For 30 days in the Bole area, Averi Hotel felt like a home away from home. The staff were very professional, everything was impeccably clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast. I also loved the cooked-to-order breakfast each day.

Averi Hotel was a lovely place for our family of four to spend 25 days. It was quiet and peaceful, and the surroundings felt child-friendly, so we could relax. The location made getting around easy, with what we needed close by. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious, and our rooms stayed spotless and well looked after throughout the visit. The people made a real impression from the start. We felt warmly welcomed when we arrived, and the staff were helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist. It felt like a home away from home, and we'd happily return. We'd recommend it for a relaxing stay with family or for business, thanks to the warm atmosphere and convenient location.

We had a very bad experience and wouldn't recommend staying here. Reception staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and I expected more care for guests. Late at night, while we were asleep, they knocked nonstop and called the room phone to get us to move our car from the parking lot. The car alarm flashed all night and nobody told us. Even when we urgently needed to leave the hotel, they didn't help.

I picked this place because it was the closest option for an urgent meeting, but the laptop ban ruined the call and my impression of the place. After I ordered and opened my laptop to join, a waiter immediately told me they weren't allowed because of a “new policy.” In 2025, that policy makes no sense. They need to rethink it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone expecting a modern setup.
