I was worn out after my flight, so being allowed to check in early made a big difference. The bed was comfortable and there was hot water. At breakfast the next morning, the staff were so kind that it felt like being with family, and they even made me a vegan breakfast, which made my day. From the welcoming music and decorations to the smiling staff who greeted me as soon as I arrived, Hanom Hotel made me feel at ease. I decided to stay because of their friendliness, and I’d come back. Thanks for the hospitality and a good experience.

The daily coffee ceremony was a lovely cultural touch, and the food was excellent. I especially recommend the kitfo and chicken salad, both delicious. Manager Hiwot was friendly and professional, and it was wonderful to see a woman leading the team so well. The hotel is only a few minutes from the airport, which made getting around convenient. Staff were always willing to help, and I really enjoyed my stay. I’d gladly come back.

I spent two weeks here and honestly loved it. Hanom hotel is within walking distance of plenty of food, cafes, and shops. My room was always clean, the place was peaceful, and the staff were great. The restaurant pasta was so good I didn’t want anything else. I needed a comfortable stay, and that’s what I got.

I keep coming back, and every visit there’s something new. The staff are well trained, always smiling, and helpful with anything you need. It’s very clean, and the owners are wonderful and often around on site. Addis has a real star here. I feel right at home. December2025

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels around Addis, and none compared with this one. The staff were polite, the hospitality was outstanding, and there’s a local mall just minutes away. It was a lovely place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it.
