If you use a wheelchair, this hotel is accessible and feels safe and secure. You should be fine here.

I had an experience with a manager named Maher that left me seriously concerned about whether he could be trusted. He came across as polished and respectable, but I felt his charming manner hid dishonest intentions. I don't usually post public warnings, but this feels important enough to share. Be careful with your valuables and personal dealings if you stay here, for your own peace of mind.

The service and everything else were good, and it's a nice place to stay on vacation. The rooms could use some repairs and maintenance, though.

The manager and receptionist were both mean and disrespectful, and they insulted us right to our faces. Customer service was BAD, BAD, BAD. It was an awful place, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially foreigners.

After being away from Ethiopia for a long time, I felt really welcomed on my return. The staff were friendly and very accommodating to both me and my mother-in-law, and the food was delicious.
