10/10
The rooms were roomy, with a small kitchenette, and some also have a sofa area. Mine didn’t, but I was still thankful for the place. Breakfast was delicious, with continental options and Ethiopian hot coffee or tea. I especially enjoyed the little gym, the treadmill and the fitness massage gadget. Fasil was a great host. The hotel is along the train line, and it’s only 2birr to town.

10/10
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the food was good. Wi-Fi was strong too. Mr. Fasil, the hotel manager, along with the driver, chefs and gatekeeper, were all very friendly, accommodating and helpful. A place I’d gladly stay at again.

The rooms were clean, and the free breakfast was cooked right in front of you. They offered a free shuttle from the airport, and there was always bath water. Whenever the power went out, they started the generator straight away. The internet wasn’t good.

The kitchenette was handy since I could make my own food, and breakfast was great too. For a guesthouse in a city you’re visiting for the first time, this was a really good place. I felt welcome in Addis Ababa.

The staff were incredibly friendly and polite. It was a good hotel.
