Senait deserves a special thank you. She was quick to help whenever I needed something, always kind and positive, and made my stay memorable. I spent a couple of days here, and the whole experience exceeded what I expected. The staff were professional and welcoming, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the prices felt very fair. I highly recommend it for the service and a lovely stay.

The breakfast was the worst I've had, and I do travel around Africa a bit. For that price, I expected much better. I booked a suite, but the AC didn't work, the WiFi barely worked, and there was no noise insulation at all. It felt like the street ran straight through the room. After a shower, water flooded the bathroom. The whirlpool ran for a second, then flushed disgusting stuff into the water.

On my first visit to Addis Ababa, this hotel felt like home. The security is top notch, the location is good, and the staff are welcoming.

The rooms are really comfortable, and the traditional Ethiopia coffee was the best part for me, 10/10. I had a very nice stay, thanks to the kind, helpful and friendly staff at Metages.

This is only about the massage service. I'd been getting massages here for years and it had always been good and professional. Then one day the massage lady asked whether I wanted “extra.” That felt gross and unhygienic. I want a professional massage.
