I wouldn’t recommend this hotel/apartment. Visitors can’t come see you after 8 pm, and they try to charge for everything. Nothing in the apartment worked, and I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel. I tried to give feedback in case they could improve, but they flat out said, “there is nothing we can do for you or our managers.” Royal hotel apartments and millennium apartments are nearby, cheaper, and much friendlier and better.

The room was neat and tidy, with daily cleaning, and the staff were friendly. There was also an amazing supervisor. The food was good, and beer and other drinks were very affordable. Try the local habasha beer.

A really good serviced apartment, with roomy spaces and lots of natural light. They cleaned the room every day, and the staff were very kind and accommodating.

The room was very clean, and customer service was top notch. It’s quiet at night and feels safe. The location is handy for everything, with shops for pretty much anything within walking distance. I’d recommend staying here.

I moved to Addis for work in December 2016 and made this place my home. It’s modern but feels homely, with a wide breakfast selection, complimentary breakfast and WiFi. Good value for money, too. It’s been really pleasant here, and I hope to extend my one-year contract.
