Even though I had a receipt showing I’d paid online, staff kept bothering me about payment. They were very unprofessional and even tried to take my luggage as collateral for a room I’d already paid for. The bed was tiny, and the spring mattress was very uncomfortable. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Addis Ababa, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. If this had happened in the States, Solish would have a lawsuit on their hands.

The bed was barely neat, the service was unprofessional, and there weren’t any appealing food or drink options. The room didn’t even have a working electrical socket. This place doesn’t meet many of the criteria to be called a hotel.

The restaurant is good, and the price is affordable. The location is central, so you can get wherever you need to go. The room was good, but there were no TV channels beyond the local ones, and even their picture quality was bad.
