Tolip Olympia Hotel

The hospitality made my layover especially pleasant. Staff were very attentive, and they even invited me to join a traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony in the lobby, which was a lovely touch. My room was spotless and comfortable, so I got a very good rest while in transit.

We spent the whole week at Tolip Olimpia Hotel and had a memorable, comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Staff were warm, dedicated, and professional day and night, with genuine hospitality that made the place feel welcoming. Cleanliness and the team's commitment to guest satisfaction also stood out. They made the week pleasant and stress-free, and I really appreciate the whole Tolip Hotel team. The duty manager was especially amazing, helpful, and humble, and was nice to us all week. Thank you.

I really enjoyed the ambience and how well the workers were coordinated. The duty manager Fikerawold was such a bright, cheerful person, and his gesture was lovely. I'll definitely visit again soon.

I stayed one night while in transit and found the room well cleaned. The staff were courteous and attentive to details. We asked for a heater, and it was brought promptly. Eden, the Director of Customer Service, was very helpful. The restaurant was great too if you enjoy Ethiopian food.
