The stairs are narrow, which makes going up and down with big luggage difficult. If keeping costs low is your main concern, though, this place is worth considering. # Addis Ababa

It’s in the center of Addis Ababa and very quiet, with clean rooms, good food, friendly service, and affordable prices. I loved it and recommend it for solo travelers, couples, and families.

Affordable rooms between Megenagna and Hayahulet, and meals are available at a reasonable price. The bedrooms are cramped, though, and don’t get much daylight.

It’s a small hotel, but the parking is good, the people are nice, and the service is great. The WiFi was better than at most big hotels, too, and the Ethiopian food is good. Try the Shiro, it’s amazing. There’s also a travel ticket service outside the gate. Once they serve you, they treat you like family, and you get to understand Ethiopian culture, true natare and tradition instead of the fake presentations elsewhere. It deserves five stars for the service it offers.
