The room was very spacious, though a bit warm because the sun shone in all day. They opened the curtains, which we'd deliberately left open, but we hadn't asked them to keep them closed. I'm sure they would have if we had. Breakfast was fine, and the rooms were clean with friendly staff. This was the first hotel where we had hot showers, and they were really hot with plenty of water.

Asinuara is clean and quiet, and every staff member is decent and welcoming. There are plenty of breakfast options and the food tastes delicious. The customer service is outstanding, and I recommend the hotel.

The staff are very kind and helpful, and I like the hospitality. The rooms are clean and peaceful too. Breakfast doesn't have many options, but all in all I feel comfortable here, like at home.

The place looked nice, but inside it was awful. Roaches were everywhere, on the floors, doors, and beds. When we tried to leave, the manager wasn't there and they refused to return our money, so we felt forced to stay. Then they cut the power, leaving us in the dark for about 40 minutes. My mom went downstairs and confronted them; they denied doing it until they finally turned it back on. I've never felt so scared and helpless. I'm sure the five-star rating is fake. Don't be fooled by the appearance. Never again.

They charged us for only three people even though we had paid for four. The staff were disrespectful and dishonest, and the service was frustrating. The hotel had nasty bugs, and they cut the power, leaving us in a hot room in the dark.
