The one good thing was the central location, and Belaynew, the "hotel" receptionist, was supportive. Otherwise, this was a very awful "hotel." It's listed as a 3 star hotel but doesn't offer hotel services beyond room service. The rooms were old and unclean, and the bedsheets weren't clean either. Interior doors were broken and hadn't been maintained.

We had an excellent stay. We needed to catch our ferry, and the staff were really helpful in arranging an early breakfast for us.

The breakfast was delicious, with both traditional and continental options. It was also a very clean and comfortable place.
