The setting was peaceful and beautiful, a lovely place to unwind while visiting Bishoftu. Ivy Hotel Bishoftu exceeded my expectations with its hospitality and service. From arrival, the staff were welcoming and attentive. My room was spacious, clean, and well-designed, with the amenities I needed to be comfortable. I’d definitely recommend it.
We stayed for one night with our toddler, and the noise made it hard to rest. We even called the staff to ask them to turn down the music. The shower had no hot water, and the steam room and sauna we’d been told about at booking weren’t available. The area was locked when we checked. The price didn’t match the service, and based on our stay, we wouldn’t recommend the hotel.
The location worked perfectly for exploring the area, and breakfast each morning was delicious. Our room was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. The staff were attentive and friendly, and made us feel at home. We had a great stay and would recommend the hotel. Looking forward to visiting again!
We stayed for quite a while and received the same warm hospitality throughout. The staff were professional and friendly, the rooms clean, and the food excellent. Keep up the good work!
The hot water isn’t reliable, and they don’t explain why it runs out.
