After we waited four hours, the businesswoman sent us away. The way she treated customers was awful. She booked us a room that wasn't available and wanted us to sleep on the floor at reception. We were also pushed to book four days at an expensive rate, even though we only wanted two. They charge far too much, especially for a hotel that barely has service. It's hard to understand how this is called a 3 star hotel.

The toilet is in the room, but the shower door gets in the way, so sitting down isn't easy. In my room there was no hot water because the boiler wasn't working and hadn't been checked beforehand. After we complained and switched rooms, the hot water was fine. It's a reasonable option compared with others nearby, though it still isn't a western standard. They do try hard, and sometimes the city's infrastructure is the problem and not something they can fix.

Don't be fooled by the pictures. In a very small single room there's an alarming amount of furniture: three sofas, a reading table, and a coffee table. The toilet doors are see-through, and the showers have no curtains, so you can see someone showering from the bed.

We had a great time here. It's a beautiful, peaceful place, and eco-friendly too. We were there since 24th December 2023.

The bathroom and toilet are in full view through glass doors in the rooms. Pretty incredible!
