Thank you Haile resort. The coffee ceremony was amazing, with smells and tastes that really delighted my senses. It’s a lovely hotel in a beautiful spot, and the service was excellent. The birds outside were spectacular too 😍

The pool, gym, and sauna are all high-quality facilities. My room was clean and very comfortable, and the staff were especially generous and helpful. Haile feels like a place where you can be at home, with service to match.

I really appreciated how Bilen Mitiku communicated with us. She kept smiling while serving us and made the experience memorable. The service was great throughout our business trip with friends. Thank you!

Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of variety and delicious food. The restaurant team served everything fresh and on time, and the staff, from reception to the rest of the employees, were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel at home. Haile Resort Jimma has a calm, green, refreshing setting and a peaceful atmosphere that suited both relaxing and business stays. The design is beautiful, and my room was clean, comfortable, well-kept, and had everything I needed. I had an amazing stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Jimma.

I was there for one night, and I’m happy to recommend the Hotel to anyone visiting Jima. The rooms have been updated with extra facilities and amenities, and the employees are professional, approachable, and treat you well. The service is excellent, as usual at other destinations. Enjoy the legendary service! Thank you Mr Tesfaye and your team!
