I wouldn't pay more than $10 for this place in Ethiopia. The listing was $67, and I ended up stuck here for one night. The room seemed completely neglected, with broken bathroom fixtures, and there were fleas. At checkout, staff tried to short-change me and brushed it off as "it's fine" when I didn't get the right change. The shuttle arrived 45 minutes later than requested, and new development has blocked the view. The restaurant prices for tourists are ridiculous. I only wanted juice, and they asked for 50 birr, when it costs around 20 elsewhere. When I wouldn't pay that, they offered a "local price" of 30. Who in Ethiopia would pay 30 for a smaller juice in an empty restaurant? Avoid it.
