The keypad gate and front door made the environment feel very safe. There's a washer and dryer combo, though it only fits smaller loads, about 2-3 days' worth. The hotel is magnificent and right in the heart of Helsinki, with the train station nearby and everything very convenient. I'd stay again without hesitation. Kiitos!

We found the WhatsApp help service clear and quick with answers. The room and facilities were excellent, with a fantastic kitchenette and a useful washer/dryer in the bathroom. Digital check-in was easy, and the luggage room came in handy. The location was good too. I preferred messaging for help to having to go down and bother someone at reception.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with a full kitchen and its own washer/dryer. A Samsung Art TV added to the look of the space. It's in a great spot near transport and the shopping area.

The sauna was being repaired during our stay, which was a small and understandable inconvenience. We loved the apartment's design and found it very comfortable, with a kitchen and fridge. It sits beside the Design Museum and the Design District, close to plenty of attractions and restaurants. We'd highly recommend staying here.

Check-in was a breeze, and the apartment was spotless, comfortable and modern. The kitchen was fully equipped, with Miele appliances too. The location was absolutely perfect for a Helsinki holiday. I'd definitely stay again.
