The room wasn't available until 15:00 when we arrived. There was no reception, and the service was minimal. The breakfast buffet has also gone downhill since a year ago. The new owner wants you to travel 6 kilometers elsewhere for a good breakfast. Don't book this hotel!

We couldn't get into our room because the keypad wouldn't work, and my whole family was stuck outside. We were going to miss our ferry to Tallinn. Staff either didn't answer the phone or listened to us and then hung up. Worst hotel ever.

The only real issue was the broken toilet seat lid in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was a simple, functional place. The beds were alright, breakfast was fresh and decent, and there was coffee in the shared spaces. We arrived late at night and got in with a door code, which was very straightforward. I'd recommend it!

We couldn't get into our room because the door lock was broken, but the staff did everything they could to get us inside. Thanks for taking care of us. The staff were nice, breakfast was very good, and it was a nice hotel.

It's a sterile, modern DIY hotel. Breakfast is included in the price, but you have to make it yourself, and all there is is ham, cheese, and bread. That's no breakfast at all. 😑
