You get what you'd expect for this price. The rooms are god and clean, and breakfast has plenty of choices. My colleagues thought the gym was better than what hotels usually offer. We had dinner at the hotel too, and it was good enough. The GT was very good.

The bathroom was the main letdown. Shower water gets everywhere, leaving the floor very wet, so we've to wipe it up afterward. The layout isn't practical and takes away from the comfort. The room itself was okay and comfortable enough for a short stay. The staff were truly excellent, always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist. Breakfast was good as well, with a nice variety of fresh, satisfying choices to start the day. With a better bathroom setup, Scandic Oulu City could be much better. Even as it is, the staff and breakfast make it a decent choice in Oulu.

Myself and my two children had a very happy stay. The hotel is close to everything we needed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the gym facility was quite good. So far so good.

The room was comfortable and clean, and I'd be happy to stay here again. It's right in central Oulu city. Renovations were underway during our visit, so we had to plan ahead and reserve a breakfast time slot.

I've been staying here for 20 years. The location is excellent. Things aren't perfect every time, of course, but management is approachable and responds when issues come up.
