10/10
We were a group of 10 staying for three nights, and every one of us had a great time. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a very friendly and welcoming staff. Janni, the hostess, made the stay especially memorable with her outstanding care. She gave us clear, useful information, arranged transportation, set up a private sauna with refreshments, and recommended restaurants and local experiences. She followed up personally and paid attention to every detail, making us feel almost like royalty. We left with a great feeling and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Riihimäki.

A decent place to stay, though the rooms could use some renovation. The bathing area can get pretty crowded.

The workers were great, the service was excellent, and the rooms were clean. But they got very hot at night, making it hard to sleep. A fan helped, though air conditioning would make a big difference. The single beds also felt a bit too narrow.

The decor is old and a little worn, but everything was extremely clean. I couldn't find even a tiny mark on the bathroom silicone seams, which I'd expect if the cleaning weren't top-notch. The staff were friendly and straightforward. Breakfast was a really good typical hotel spread, and that was the best Juhla Mokka coffee I've ever had. I usually hate Juhla Mokka, but this one was honestly good :-)

It was okay, neither good nor bad, but a bit grimy. The shower and sink initially spurted brown water, as if the faucets hadn't been used in a while. There were shower curtains instead of glass, stained curtains, dirty grout, limescale around the faucets and shower head, and amenities that looked visibly used. Breakfast was decent, though, and the staff were helpful.
